This November, for the first time, the Raleigh City Council election will be on the same ballot as state wide and even federal elections. More voters are expected than ever before for who will be Raleigh’s next mayor and Council members. For Raleighites, the people elected for City Council will impact their lives more than nearly any other government entity (you can learn how here). It’s important to know who you’re voting for, so I’m providing a list of every candidate’s online platforms so you can learn more about them.
If I’m missing a candidate or link to a candidate’s online resource please leave a comment on this post and I’ll update the list ASAP. Thanks!
Excellent resource (here) on how to vote in the November 8th election. Keep in mind voter registration deadline is October 14th
