ADU Discussion with Charles Dillard

Former City of Raleigh planner Charles Dillard was one of the planner’s that worked on Raleigh’s Accessory Dwelling Unit policy back in 2015. In this presentation Mr. Dillard goes through the benefits of ADUs, Raleigh’s history with ADUs, and examples of policies and the impacts ADUs have had on other cities in the US and Canada.
